The REALIGN Group™ (“we”) operates REALIGN Language™. This policy explains what we collect and how we use it. It is a summary template and should be reviewed by counsel before launch.
Information we collect
- Account data: name, email, language preferences.
- Learning data: lesson progress, XP, pronunciation recordings and scores, conversation transcripts.
- Billing data: handled by our payment processor (Stripe); we do not store card numbers.
- Technical data: device, browser, and usage analytics to improve the service.
How we use it
To deliver and personalize learning, provide AI tutoring and feedback, process payments, and keep the service secure.
AI processing
Conversation and pronunciation features send text (and, where you enable Tier-1 speech, audio) to AI providers solely to generate your feedback. We do not sell your data.
Children & students (FERPA / COPPA)
When an organization enrolls learners, we act as a service provider / school official and process learner records under the organization's instructions and applicable law.

You can access, correct, export, or delete your data by contacting us.
